Quick-Start Terminal Checklist
1. Account Login & Biometrics Setup
How to log in for the first time, setup two-factor authentication (2FA), and enable fingerprint/FaceID biometrics.
1Enter your D-Trade Trading User ID and initial PIN sent via registered SMS/Email.
2You will be prompted to set up a new secure 6-digit trading PIN.
3Enable FaceID/TouchID in app settings for 1-tap secure subsequent logins.
2. Exploring the Market Watchlist & Depth
Real-time market data across KSE-100, KSE-30, and all PSX active equities.
1Open the 'Watchlist' tab to create custom symbol groups or monitor top gainers & volume leaders.
2Tap any stock to view real-time 5-level market depth, buyer/seller queues, and interactive charts.
3Set up personalized price alerts to receive immediate execution notifications.
3. Order Placement & Execution
Submitting Market Orders, Limit Orders, Stop Loss, and MIT transactions.
1Select 'Buy' or 'Sell' on the desired company detail view.
2Choose 'Limit Order' (specify price) or 'Market Order' (execute at best prevailing price).
3Enter the quantity of shares (lot size) and confirm with your trading PIN.
4Verify live order execution and trade confirmations under the 'Order Book' tab.
4. Portfolio, Ledger & Custody Reports
Real-time tracking of portfolio valuation, CDC sub-account shares, and cash margins.
1Access 'Portfolio' to see current holdings, unrealized profit/loss, and average acquisition costs.
2Generate and download financial ledger statements for any custom date range.
3Track your cash balance, available margin, and fund transfer activity directly inside the portal.
